Actuarial services are available to support general requirements for Medical, Dental and Disability benefit plans such as:
- Experience analysis to identify unique aspects of plan performance;
- Evaluation and costing of plan changes, including “what if” scenarios;
- Trend analysis to determine expected cost changes;
- Reserve development for claims incurred but not paid; and
- Benefit plan cost development (prospective rating).
Additional support is also available for more specialized requirements such as FAS 106/GASB 45 calculations, VEBA evaluations, and similar items.
